Zero-Pitting Precision Aluminum Sheets & Coils
A 5-stage RO ultra-pure water rinse and nano-scale chromate-free passivation stop chloride and residue-driven pitting before it ever reaches your warehouse.
Incoming Inspection Doesn’t Catch It. It Surfaces Weeks Later.
Most pitting problems don’t originate in the warehouse — they originate in the pre-treatment rinsing stage before the material ever ships. Standard production lines using industrial water that hasn’t been deeply purified allow chloride ions and rinsing residues to remain on the aluminum surface. Under humid air or the salt-spray conditions of ocean freight, these residues gradually trigger localized electrochemical corrosion, seeding micro-pitting that is invisible at incoming inspection.
If overlooked: pitting typically surfaces 30–60 days into storage — often only after the coil has already been slit, stamped, or fed into an anodizing line, at which point the scrap cost includes not just the material but the downstream labor already invested in it.

5-Stage RO Rinsing and Nano-Passivation
5-Stage Reverse Osmosis (RO) Ultra-Pure Water Cascade Rinsing
- Our finishing line is equipped with a 5-stage RO ultra-pure water cascade rinsing system, with in-line resistivity monitoring at every stage — logged and available on request per batch
- Progressive rinsing stages remove trace fluoride, chloride, and acidic residues, so the delivered aluminum surface meets a documented electronic-grade cleanliness standard rather than a visual pass/fail check
- Full traceability of the rinsing process eliminates the risk of batch-level surface contamination caused by unstable water quality
Eco-Friendly High-Passivation Protective Layer
- Immediately after final ultra-pure water rinsing and drying, an ultra-thin nano-scale chromate-free conversion coating is applied in-line
- This significantly reinforces the natural oxide layer’s resistance to acids, alkalis, and chloride-induced attack
- The surface stays lastingly clean and bright through extended ocean freight salt exposure and fluctuating industrial warehouse conditions

Built Around Three Buying Scenarios
Anodizing Line Feed
If overlooked: pitting that forms during storage surfaces as widespread anodizing defects once the coil is on the line, scrapping the entire batch rather than individual pieces.
Best fit for: 5052 and 6061 sheet destined directly for pre-anodizing surface prep, where cleanliness at the ion level matters more than at the visual level.
Mid-Gauge Sheet
If overlooked: micro-pitting on incoming stock telegraphs through to the stamped surface, lowering first-pass yield on parts that were otherwise dimensionally correct.
Best fit for: 3003 and 1060 sheet in the 0.2–0.8 mm range held in intermediate storage between delivery and the stamping press.
Extended Storage
If overlooked: coils held for resale over multiple months develop pitting after the distributor has already taken ownership, turning a supplier problem into a customer complaint.
Best fit for: distributors carrying anodized-grade coil inventory across ocean-freight lead times and multi-month warehouse cycles.
Alloys, Thickness Range & Where Each One Fits
| Alloy | Thickness Range | Best-Fit Scenario |
| 1060 | 0.2–0.8 mm and above | Precision stamping — mid-gauge sheet |
| 3003 | 0.2–0.8 mm and above | Precision stamping — mid-gauge sheet |
| 5052 | 0.2–0.8 mm and above | Electronic enclosures — anodizing line feed |
| 6061 | 0.2–0.8 mm and above | Electronic enclosures — anodizing line feed |
